Well I was out on my Aerox tonight, i was heading home, and the bike seemed to be playing up, i managed to get like 10 minutes from mine, and then it died, the bike will idle fine, but once revved, it will die :/
ive noticed a crack in my exhaust, but if i hold my exhaust together it doesnt change

So could someone shed some light on it :)

i have read quite a few posts, and i think its the spark plug, will get a picture tomorrow of the plug, as im prob gonna get a new one

    Spec :

    Polini 70cc kit
    Polini 6 roller variator
    polini crank
    polini clutch
    polini race clutch drum
    polini belt
    21mm Dellorto Carb ( Main jet 85 )
    manual choke

basiacally, the bikes been running alright-ish for the past week
it got me around, and i love the speed

but tonight it just went funny, died and then itll only idle, then u goto rev it, and itll rev for a second then just kill itself off
Could someone give me a help before 11 tomorrow morning :beg:

Well you just said its been running "alight ish".. It should be running spot on.. Running an engine thats not very well for too long will eventually kill it, so theres a possibility that you will need a new 70kit.

But it idles, and bogs when you rev it.. That indicates the engine is running extreamly lean so check for an airleak.. Your exhaust has cracked? Well maybe the cylinder has cracked too?
Just have a good look around for any obvious problems.

    Sorted, dodgey sparkplug (N)

New one in today, the top of the plug was bent , so i bought a new one, whacked it in, and boom it ran finee :)

Cheers anyway, i have a looked over the engine, no damage/cracks etc
just gonna get the exhaust sorted
