aerox 70 setting up problem (jets, clutch springs and rollers) HELP!

really need some help setting up! at the minute i have a 100 jet in my 21mm carb, 1000rpm motoforce big clutch spring and pm tuning hard (red) small clutch springs and 5g rollers and its constantly bogging down when i rev up, heres a list of my set up

stage6 sport pro mk2 70 kit

pm tuning crank

21mm dellorto rep

stage 6 rep exhaust

pm tuning clutch with 1000 rpm motoforce big spring (got the polini 22kg, motoforce 1500, 2000 rpm spare) and pm tuning hard (red) small clutch springs

polini varitator with 5g rollers

stage6 drive face

stage6 belt

stage6 inlet manifold and reed block

polini open airfilter

and i cant get the jetting, rollers and springs right (set up) its impossible, so if anyone has the same set up or nearly the same as mine then say and give over some information on what jet, how many 1/4 turn out on the airscrew, roller weights and clutch spring
