i bought a rossi rep aerox 50 on a 57 plate a few months back so i could get it ready to use in november (when i turn 16). When i bought the bike it had been derestricted and had a doppler s3r pipe which had a hole in it and was very corroded. Since then i bought a few mods to get it running faster. polini sport 70 kit polini hi speed variator kit with blue tourque spring polini kevlar belt polini 2g 2 shoe clutch second hand pm360 pipe dolleroto 21mm carb stage 6 air filter After these mods my ped was running sweet, but seemed to get to about 60/65 (clock speed)quite quick, and now i want to get my top speed up. I have made a note of a few of the mods i want to buy to do this, but i'm not entirely sure on what to buy. So could anyone give me advise on if i'm going to buy the right thing or advise me what else to buy? pm primary gear up kit 14/42 polini secondary gear up kit 15/42 pm 360 pipe (as the other one is in bad condition) stage 6 lightened clutch bell polini 3g 2 shoe clutch stage 6 cnc waterpump i know that what i gain in top speed i'll loose in acceleration. So could someone help me with the gear up ratios? sorry about all the questions, just abit stuck :/ thanks tommo
Get away from that pm 360 pipe mate they are shocking! They look nice but are crap pipes if i was you i would get a Yasuni R or C16 i recently fitted the R on mine and runs lovely!!
c16 on a sport is a bad idea! Get a yasuni R or a lazer x pro. You aint going to get more than 60-65 real speed. You only need one gear up. Go for the polini one. Make sure you run it in! Which from the sound of it (you doing 60-65 clock speed) You aint.
oh lol. Can't see much point tbh. wont get much gain if any from c16 over the r on a non ported sport.
