recently just got a aerox 50 and done my cbt today, took it for a quick drive went well with nothing infront me, but once there was cars infront and i caught up to them and dropped the revs once i went back on the revs they didnt build up just stayed at 35mph and sounded quiet and dead :banghead: the bike has a leo vince tt exhaust and been told it has a malossi clutch in it. any ideas what the problem could be? will be trying rollers once i get some orderd, it goes well up to 30mph then just dies and goes quiet like im cruising but this is with the throttle open fully.
I have the same problem, i also have a leo vince tt exhaust derestricted hits 55mph. it takes a few kicks to start and the accelerates fine but when i let go of the throttle and go slow it wont go over 20mph, i have cleaned the carb, changed rollers and clutch springs but dont know what else to do.
Holding It Flat And The Revs Go Up, Then Sink And Slowly Pick Up Again Is The Rollers Being To Heavy.. If it only does it when you shut the throttle and back on, i cant imagen it being the carb? :/ try lighter rollers?
Definitely try the lighter rollers, jetting it will not be needed on a TT. Jetting will be required only on high end pipes such as Polini's.
