my aerox has a new carb(i got the 6mm size 55 jet) and bogs up on full throttle but doesn't gain speed when putting abit of throttle on(goes about 10mph with struggle hardly rolling), i have changed belt, rollers are ok everything is nice and tight around there.

Before i changed the carb my old one was a 12.5mm standard carb but it was leaking and faulty and also had a weird vtec feeling when i throttled it fully it would go very slow to a certain speed lets say it gets to 5-7 mph and suddenly it would kick in and go very fast to 30mph.

When i replaced the piston and gasket i had to make sure my oil pump was working so i added about 200ml oil to my petrol tank which had about 1.7 liters so my engine doesn't seize up and i think that's might be the problm but could there be others problems why this is happening ?

I also made a video to demostrate whats wrong :

I've got the same problem currently - did you fix yours?.. Did you try adjusting the carb mixture, it suggests elsewhere on this forum that bogging down on full throttle is running too rich.

so do you have oil in your petrol and a oil injection pump working now?

I would suggest a slightly smaller main jet or try lowering your throttle needle bud

take air filter and try it or get rid of carburetor its most likely to be that it mite be a faulty one or something as its defiantly either a air or fuel problem it also wont be your engine seizing up or overheating as 2 stroke will slow down and still rev fine but looses performance and speed over time and never bogs unless its actually cutting out due 2 really too much strain get a 17.5 with a manual choke with a standard box jet it around 63 if u have standard exhaust and if u have a performance one jet it around 78. 55 is too low especially with that k/n air filter it isn't gonna work

rolers are too heavy... the hesitation off the ine is down to the stock clutch springs... with a bigger carb you need to go lighter on the rollers and setup the carb properly... jet is WAY too small
