Hi guys. I can imagine this has been covered before but I couldn't find anything. So I apologise in advance and any help would be greatly appreciated. The story so far. Aerox 50 2018. Derestricted with a stage6 street exhaust. Variator ring removed. Then went a bit mad. Nakaru clutch with the red springs and clutch bell. Torque spring changed for the polini 55% increase. Racing belt and polini high speed variator with various weights. 17mm carb with 79 jet. Ran great. After a few weeks the bike starts bogging between 11-15mph but it's intermittent. Then takes off. Put the standard 12mm carb back on with a 66 jet. The standard torque spring went back on as it killed the belt. Refitted the standard belt with 3.6g weights in the polini variator. Ran great again. For a day. Same problem. It struggles for 4-5 seconds then takes off again. Thanks again guys. Appreciate it.
