Hi i have a 50cc almost new aerox 2007.And i changed rollers to 4.2(mhr ones) and also the contra spring is changed to a harder one and also tightened the clutch springs. But still its too slow.id like to know what restrictions Aerox 2007 has.For example i know that there is a restriction on the exhaust.Anywhere else?or any other ideas to make me scoot go faster?

    Thanks;](btw i LOVE this forum !)

there will be a restriction in the exhaust it will have a little pipe coming out of the side of it, cut that off and weld over it or spend a little and buy a TT or a ZX for a reasonable price

also under the variator there is a washer you need to take out you will need either a variator locking tool from www.donotlink-pedstop.co.uk or a impact wrench remove the front pulley and the belt then remove the variator remove the nut and vice versa

your lacking power.. trimming the transmission or using pipes will only make best use of the power AVALABLE (p[ipes can add power, but not much on there own on a strock cylinder) you need more power befor you make use of it. start in the middle of the engine, cylinder an crank. cylinder is where the power comes from, crank is upgraded so it plain lasts.

if you want power, get a better cylinder. theres NO replacment for displacment

on my 2005 aerox50 restrictions were

    *Variator
    *Exhaust
*airbox snorkel (taking into acount what NJH just said, this may not be a restiction, but I done it anyway :w00t: )

    airbox snorkel restricts?

i disagree, i think it helps a lot tbh because it keeps the pressure in the airbox..
