aerox 172 almost finished +New WheelieBar, UPDATED!

    hi lads,
    almost finished just gotta do the loom properly and order some renthals, dvla says it can be registered but will be run on Q plate i will have to find out more about that.

    X2....either find a way of getting them to put it on a 57 plate or just leave it reg as 50...allow the q plate...cos insuarnce goes up aswell when it is on a q plate.

    atleast a 125 regardless its still gtta be reregistered if its a 125 .or go illegal n dont change it but on your head be it

    the ENTIRE original chassis remains.. so it will need an sva test at the most.. its only when you change the chassis completly/make a bike from peices it needs a q plate... so what if its a q plate. just means you can put a 57 private reg on it as TECHNICALLY if q plated it will be a 58 plate bike, with a q registration mark.. wich means the year of production means you CAN put it down as a new plate (just gotta buy a prefix) q plates dont cost more money, one off vehicles do..

    if you are going this route make sure its STOCK speck 125 piggy engine..and FUCKIN spot on in every aspect of the build.. they can be picky.

    yea i am going to my best to re register it as 125 or ill be selling it doing my test and get a fucking 180 gilera lol :)

    even if it was Q plated i could just buy a private plate cant i? rather have Q plates then be reg as 50 because its risky and not worth it and i wouldnt wana put a bad name on this forum because police do watch this forum.

    it kinda is lol has 172 head to make compression better but will put full 172 kit soon as i get rid of this bank corrouptage.

    what the FUCK are you playing at? its LOWER compression.. REALLY is a silly idea, take it off, put an ac head back on.. your piston is NOT the right shape or siuze for this head, compression band? what compression band :confused::confused::confused:

    naaa you got it wrong bruv, its a 180 barel with 172 head....so the guy said when he sold it, but dnt think he checked yet.

    yea i did check lol 180 barrel is white and the head is lightly darker near black.

    soz.. my bad.... ye, bung a 125 on there still..... if your gonna go to the hassle of registering/sva aproval it might aswell be for a lower taxation class....

    nah im just going to get a 125 engine with reciept because mine dont have reciept den it will be easier :) i have to go to borehamwood dvla and speak to them in person lol they dont know alot on phones.

    if you have an engine wiht a recipt you dont have to bell anyone, just send in the new engine numbers on the v5 with the cc change.. they dont USUALLY want to see them for an increase in cc.. just a reduction.. only thing they wil call you up on is the fact they never made a 125 aerox in wich case they will ask to see it befor issuing a v5...

    unless you tryd this alreadsy... dont phone em, just send it off
