Aerox 132cc street race bbk stroker

Hi all im building a 100cc aerox max spechiel into a big bore stroked 132cc have a KN 9 port barrel thats 4mm longer for porting came with recesed cc head but with crank i have a flat 9cc race head only problem with stroker crank im getting hight timing numbers 200 ex and 140trs 30 blow down little to hight for steet use hey i would ride it but not on the road so i have to lower barrel 1 to 1.5mm to bring piston level with bottom of ex ports and it then lines up with deek spot on for a .8 squarsh hopping my timing wont drop to much when i do this thinking work out what numbers i want and adjust barrel to suit little worried about piston going lower than port bottoms but dont want to drop timing to much would like 190ex 132trs 28 blow down about that is well let you know how i go ill post some pick
