Hi all. A friend of mine called me today he fitted a viper exhaust to his Aerox 100,he fitted the 4.75 gram rollers now his bike sounds great on the stand, but as soon as any weight is placed on the back wheel no power to pull off. He bought the exhaust second hand off Ebay. Could the problem be the exhaust is restricted or a 50cc exhaust?
    Thanks Gaz

I do believe that the viper is a 50cc exhaust. Its also known to be one of the poorest performing aftermarket systems available. It will probably be even worse on the 100cc .The pulling away issue is also down to the clutch springs being too soft.

i ran malossi springs the hardest set they did for the aeros which helped as the 100 is pretty gutless
