aerox 100 engine noise and compression

just put new rings in my rox 100

when the spark plug is in the bike struggles to turn over
when the plugs out it turns over nice and smooth1

i put the piston on so the 2holes on the piston are facing the inlet!

and i can also hear a hissing noise! when its turning over

There is an arrow scored onto the top of the piston.

This needs to face towards the exhaust port.

arrow is facing the exhaust port! got the head off now and the piston is moving up and down the barrel nice and free! but once the head is on it struggles!

does it all turn over smooth not locking up anywhere ? if everythings ok probz just got a lot of compression

if i take the plug out it will turn over nice and smooth! once the plug is in! it realy realy struggles and even if i kick it its really hard! sometimes wont even kick!


also my carb slide is staying up! and is really tight on the cable and i cant move it!

could that mean anything?

got it running now but still stiff to start and sounds like a bag of shite and has no power!

does it need running for abit or isit fucked!!!

 

are you sure youve got the right plug in that ? sounds like your getting piston slap or something

 

yeh does soun like piston slape doesnt it! going to have a further look into things tomorrow
