AEROX 100 CONVERSION

this is my project bike its a yamaha aerox 50cc
i got a 100cc minareli engine
carbon reeds
leo vince pipe
mallosi clutch and variator
kevlar belt
polished and ported
full engine polished for show

the frame was stripped along with the wheels and clutch cover
these were powder coated in black with a orange metal flake

i got custom pannels sprayed in metalic orange, pillian seat cover in black

hebo handle bars
stage 6 raceing handelbar stem
led rear light
adjustable rear shock
seat recovered

yea looks good but IMO its a lot of hassle for a slower engine :tdwn:

its a 100cc two stroke engine not a 50cc

 

this aerox was my first project but i have another on the way

 

i no mate, a sport 70 setup would be faster

 

i have a full 70 cc race aerox and its about the same

yea but runner joe, i bet youve never ridden a proper well built/setup 70? just hopped straight on to a 100. the engines are dire, end of. its a fact not my opinion.

 

nice aerox should of kept the 5 engine and got a 70 kit ive had a aerox 100 and now ive got a aerox 50 with a 70 kit. my 70 aerox goes without a doubt faster then the 100. but i must admit the 100 was quite nippy though

 

looks mint did a good job to it but if u was gonna do a conversion might as made it official and banged a 17's engine or summat in it but yer verys nice bore it out to a 120 or summat

the colour looks similar to the 172 aerox on ebay
