so i have a BMW GS (R100 paris dakar model), but who needs such a big bike, when a moped does pretty much the same thing....
vid coming shortly..... oh i only used about 1 liter of fuel. that extra can was not needed (better to have it than be stranded in the middle of a mountain)... my clutch is very nearly dead too...
oh yes, its still going strong! my friend and i went out on the mountain last week, he took that and i took my new bike and we went really off road, like enduro off road, under trees, up creeks, through swamps, everything.....
Great, I wish I could do that with mine. I would see my arse if I tried that. Gotta stay on the tarred Road, even gravel is real scary. Sent from my Samsung Note 3 with Tapatalk
its all about the right tyre choice, have you seen my other bike? with the right tyres a motorcycle will go anywhere you point it...
its a V4 750cc 90BHP sportsbike, with rigid frame, short gearing and knobblie tyres, its a lethal bike to ride, but so much fun, took it to italy a few years back, its been problem free, which is surprising for a 30 year old sportsbike ridden all year....
I wish my scooter was as reliable. It has been in for repairs so often it feels like it is more in the shop than on the road. Exhaust cams, 4 off, plus other annoying stuff... [emoji51] Sent from my Samsung Note 3 with Tapatalk
i think the simplicity of mine makes it so good, its just much more durable than other mopeds and scooters ive worked on (i worked for a main dealer)
