basically my laptop is keep on crashing the volume button is not working and everytime the internet explorer is on it crashes and takes ages to close so does anyone have any virus scans or spyware bits i could steel ? or does anyone no how i can wipe it ????
get the windows xp/windows vista re boot disc and wipe the who system seems to me that you have toooooooooo many files on your pc and the virus isnt helping
Get rid off any un-wanted programs Disk clean Defrag Run anti virus (Nod32 is worth getting) Run spyware cleaner (windows defender, free!) Get rid off Internet explorer and use firefox. More user friendly, faster, cleaner and protects against viruses. C Cleaner (crap cleaner) is worth downloading. It's free and cleans up space, you can also stop loads of applications oppening on start up. That should help Or do what person above said. If you don't have back up cd. Download it on internet (torrent or something) and burn to cd. When installing use YOUR cd key on your pc and it is LEGAL because you own a lisence.
