you damaged her car, you drove into the back of her, it may be a quick fix, but its not for her to fix is it, its for your insurance to pay for. dont sit up peoples arses in the future.

i put this story on the forum because it was my first accident and i wanted to know if other people have been in the same situation. she got my number plate, house adress, name and phone number so i dont think there any risk of me bein able to get away with it even if i wanted to. drop it, cause this is so pointless

its good you put it up and i agree with the reasoning.. peopole on scoots DO follow FAR too closely to cars... its NOT the 2 second rule on a bike. you should ALWAYS have 5 seconds of stopping time infront of you or you plain DESERVE to crash.. cars CAN BRAKE FASTER THAN YOU CAN! but ye, lesson learnt, lets hope others listen. dont tailgate! it gives us ALL a bad name (not that theres any saving the scooterists reputation these days)
