Hi, I have a 2004 Aerox 50, which has been running fine since March last year, had the occasional problem but nothing major. About 2 weeks ago I rode to college and it was fine, got back on it at the end of the day and it started bogging and took about 15 seconds to get to 15mph! After 15mph it seems to pick up speed like normal, but when I stop accelerating down the slighest hill, then re-accelerate it bogs pretty bad.

I have taken the carb and air box off and gave it a clean. Started it back up, and it did exactly the same thing. I also checked the spark plug which is about a month old and it looks fine.

If it isnt the air, fuel or spark, what else could it be thats causing it?

    Thanks.

Are they the right weight rollers for your setup?

I'll get a new plug tomorrow.

Rollers are the right weight. Its been running fine with that weight since ive had it.

Had same problem, I was riding with size 56 jet for months, then it just bogged down out of the blue. Upjetted to 60 and fixed it.

Rode it yesterday, got home, thought i'd check the spark plug again because its still bogging, it was wet (fuel, maybe coolant?) so im guessing the spark is being flooded... lol.

I cant see why it would just start getting too much fuel as its been fine with the same carb set up for a year now.

    What should I do?

    Thanks for the replys.
