Yeh avg free is pretty good

Also if you know wut your doin go into your "installed programs" in control panel and chuck out anything you dont want (be careful when doin this as you can end up uninstalling the wrong stuff)

But to be 100% get rid of your pishy windows operating system and go with a Linux distribution

To delete cookies : press ctrl + shift+ del (delete cookies and other site and plug-in data should already be ticked) just hit the clear browsing data button

I've got one now in the bottom right hand corner, flashing- This is not a joke you have a chance to win an ipod, with a smilie, then it changes to, -1 rule for a fat stomach, and then others.
