Hi there guys I'm kris from down in north Devon, Barnstaple I have just bought a NRG power DD 50, with the idea to do a bit of tuning on it but as my experience with mopeds is non-existent I will be after some tips and help :)
As my field of expertise is in high HP Jap Rwd drift cars,

yep i finally have :) i have started to tune my moped, i have a yasuni z pipe, a Malossi Multivar Variator kit, Motorforce Drivebelt, im running standard weight rollers and standard airbox, with the variator kit it comes with a white clutch pulley spring thats fitted, im running standard clutch and springs, and when the bike gets going its fine but i seem to have a big flat spot upto and around 6k and after 7kish it clears and the bike flys, can anyone help as to what this could be? Oh and im running a 60 Main jet

Maybe up the jet a bit. Search for jets and somewhere on here there's a guide to jetting. Should give you an idea of what to fit. Welcome and good luck.
