Alright Fellas, right as usual i have a few questions, ive searched the forum first and couldnt find answers so here it goes.

    1. Im gonna get a new clutch soon since i got a new variator, Since my variator is Malossi im probably gonna go for a malossi clutch, Fly or Delta ?, also would i need a new outer bell thing for it and all the other clutch assembly bits, Also what clutch springs would be best on my ped.

    2. My ped is getting very hot and smells of burning not to sure what it is, smells like my pipe, but didnt do it until i got my ped upjetted, any suggestions ?

    3. Last question now, 6.2g rollers seem to heavy really, so do you think i should go back to 4.3g which came with my Leo Vince pipe ?

    Thanks
    Ross

    1. Delta

    2. More fuel = more heat = more burning = more smell? (i think??)

    3. Not too sure with Aerox rollers.... But about 5.5-6?

Apparently the Polini 2g clutches are meant to be piss easy to set up.
Try and stick with Polini where possible ;)

altering the rollers wieghts will affect the jetting, just leave it please.
"if its not broken, dont fix it"

as for a clutch, ur standard one will be fine especialy if your not going 70. dont go and buy a performance clutch as you DONT need one.

look m8. im giving you some good advice, u asked for it lol, just listen please...............

Ok ok, lol, just it still seems a bit dodgy having super weak clutch springs

Okay you want to get the best out of your bike, just get a 70 kit dude. You're gonna get bent over and took up the arse by the insurers with that bit of chrome sticking to the right side of your bike so just do the right thing and get a 70 kit. I tried to get a quote for a tuned ped, told them everything and what one thing was i getting called back about? Not the £150 malossi cylinder, not the £200 transmission, not the £100 renthals but the exhaust, which on it's own would make fuck all difference. Get a polini iron kit, fit and forget, end of

50cc Malossi or polini cylinder? Not as pokey as a 70, but better porting so therefore more power. Or just get a 70 kit and tell a pack of lies, saying you split the coolant hose and you had it chipped when he asks how it goes fast ;)

Well get a Polini 50 bore, still your best bet for a power increase without a 70 kit, or one of them Stage 6 70 kits with 49ccm written on them (Dec Rossi ran one i think), proof if needed ehh ;)

your dad wont really be able to tell the difference unless he rides it or you rags it past him and then he probably still wont notice
