99 125 typhoon side stand

    anyone fitted or bought one of these?? the kit's advertised look like they come with a mount bracket but my phoon has a bracket on the frame already there and looks part of the frame? do i just need to buy an original piaggio one??

    I know minor talks of an original piaggio side stand that fits typhoons but i'm pretty sure i've never seen one.

    An aftermarket one is easy to come by though? They mount easily to ready made holes.

    cheers, was wondering though, if mine has the bracket already there, will it be in the way for a kit??

    Aftermarket side stands mount sort of under the belly panel. Bit hard to explain and sadly I don't have any pictures.

    This is a picture of the side stand built for a Typhoon...

    They are very easy to fit and as you can see it's just one bolt. I would advise putting some loctite on it as they like to come undone.
