70cc Speedfight Setup Need Help

hello there i have a speedfight 2 2003
atm my setup is ;
Stage 6 Sport 70cc
Hebo performa Pipe
polini speedcontrol variator 7.7 grams rollers
standared clutch and torgue drive
17.5 carb with 88 jet
doppler airfilter
atm my moped goes 65 if i lay down and atkes a massive long road to get to tht
please can you tell me what i can add or change to my setup to make my 70cc bore pump out its max bhp and go 70 mph
i do not want to change my bore or variator

get a gear up kit, to help ease off the revs.

that should give you a true speed of 60-70.

 

do you mean a primary gear up kit or a secondary gearing
