i have a piaggio aircooled typhoon with every single part in the engine malossi....from the crank, piston kit 70, variator, clutch, torque, gears, belt, reeds, everything is malossi. It has a 21 mm carb with a 85 main jet and 60 pilot and stock needle. It has a pm tuning racing pipe and a malossi adjustable shock... the bike starts and has great throttle response but not a good top speed....im not sure if its not revving all the way like its supposed to or if the rollers or clutch spings are wrong....i have tried 5.5 gram rollers all the way to 7.5 gram and it seems to be the same....i also bent the reeds a little bit to make them tighter since i could have seen light through the crack of the reeds when i held it up to the light....once again the bike starts good and takes off great...just doesnt build up speed like it should.....any ideas please?

i put in the origonal torque spring and that seems to help...i think the 5.5 gram rollers are too light too...im going to try 7.5 with the original torque spring next.
