70cc kit but 50cc log book ?

    If the ped is logged as a 50cc ped but been done up to a 70cc ped would the mot people notice ?

    It could be a 50cc with a 500cc engine in and it'll pass :p Aslong as its safe for the roads and meets standards

    i'v never had my engine numbers checked, they always check the frame number matches the loggy, thats it. half the time i'v had a different engine in the anyway and have never failed an mot
