Got my streetrace 70cc installed, starts nicely and when reved has no hesitation so i doubt this is a jetting/ carb problem. Im currently running this kit in but its slow on half revs so i put 4.3g rollers in and it wont get past 30 now. Could anyone point me in the right direction here?

    Setup:
    S6 Streetrace 70cc
    S6 Pro Rep
    17.5mm carb
    Standard Variator

    thanks alot

Streetrace kit preferably needs dyno tuning as it has a very narrow power band.
Obviously this isn't an answer to your problem but it may be the underlying cause

Its getting dyno tuned but the garage wants it run in first i put lighter rollers in and its better but not great

Are all of your components balanced and compatible with each other? Why change it in the first place? Is your exhaust up to it?

Something similar happened to me this morning, i installed 4.4g rollers and my bike was reving as shit and i couldn't get past 20mph o_O I got told to run in the cylinder etc and then change the carb to 19/21mm and a proper filter insted of the box'y one.

Must be something up with your setup.

Even though you are still running the cylinder in the power should still be there if you wanted it.
am I right in thinking you had a shop install all these parts? If thats the case I would take it back and explain to them the problem
