70cc bores help needed

im after a twin piston ring bore kit

iv heard good things about these and
Jonnymarrw00t zip sounds a ride


i was wondering what these should be able to cruise at etc

im changing crank poss gearing if needs be and poss a gear up kit to get a bit more top end

 

If you go for a stage 6 kit, you'll need a new crank but not a gear up kit as they have a wider powerband , holding onto the power longer.

 

Get a malossi sport or polini sport otherwise you face upgrading everything such as a crank gear up etc so you would be better off with ones of these. Unless of course you have the money then would reccomend either a Polini corsa or a Malossi MHR

but what people think on the stage 6

 

On the stage 6 race you will need to change your crank if you get the stage 6 sport it will be fine to keep your standard one

 

You should change your crank with the stage 6 sport and even with the streetrace because they hold onto their maximum power until 11000 rev's. Most other sports kits start losing power after 9500 revs and at 11000 revs have dropped to around 6hp. That's why they need a gear up kit to match the roadspeed with the maximum power at lower revs.

 

They dont sell the sport anymore so thats irrelavant. I advise you not to get the race because its unrelliable only has one ring and your piston will need changing all the time.

 

The sport pro has been replaced with the more powerful sport pro 2 which I think has a single ring piston.
The iron streetrace has two rings.

 

Theres no such thing as a sport pro 2 and I think it has 1 ring mate

Yh i would advise a polini sport, i might get that or the polini corsa

 

ya i was thinking the same m8 i wanna up grade the crank but not to sure on gearing

i want the fastest most reliable tho

 

Get the street race then it will last a reasonable amount of time. get a pm tuning crank but its not essentiall and dont worry about a gear up.

 

im thinking about the poline corsa or sport but i really want to run with a leo vinc zx as sound nice
