hi i have just fitted a 70cc bore kit on a nrg mc3 as the old one is knackered thru lack of oil due to pump being adjusted wrong i have a leo vince exhaust on it already it is de-restricted it has been up-jetted to a 72 from a 66 standard before so i am thinking it may need to be up-jetted again to maybe around the 80+ main jet anybody give a few suggestions on this for me or i have had it running but i need to sort out the idle and fuel mix first so if i would be better off jetting it first and then doing idle/mix to get it running right and then off to MOT it i hope
any ideas/suggestions/ rules on tuning do"s dont"s many thx

You're better off starting on the rich side of the mixture and working downwards rather than keep jetting up. If you aren't 100% sure about the oil pump setting, fill the tank with a 1% premix and try an 80 size jet. It might smoke a bit more but the 1% will hopefully stop it from nipping up while you get the jetting right.

Not at the moment, stick with the carb you've got. just practice the jetting and get the mixture right on the bike as it is now, before you change anything else.
