So i have a full set of plastics and a frame but no engine, im going to purchase a cheap secondhand engine block with a few stuff in it not including cylinder crank and carb and stuff, im thinking of building this as a road worthy bike and getting it registered and selling, im wanting to put a stage 6 crank, stage 6 70cc sport kit, 19mm stage 6/dellorto black edition carb, malossi variator, malossi gear up kit, in my country i will be able to sell a registered neat looking scooter thats rocketing fast with these parts for around $2500-$3000

Would it be worth doing and also what should i be excpecting from this setup and have i matched everything correct

 

Im guessing your putting a variator and clutch on with with all that too and im guessing youll be very close to 70mph give or take a few

 

yeah a malossi variator, can i keep stock clutch or would i need an aftermarket one i was told if my takeoff from 0-20 is fine then leave the clutch

 

Yeah unless you get problems you should be fine youll want a decent exaust too like a yasuni c16

Only thing is yasunis rev very high but not to worry becaise your changing the crank

i just got a bargain traded my uni pod filter that cost me $30 new for a polini 9 roller super hi speed variator, there 88 euros new off scooter attack haha, this is going to save me 60 euros to get a malossi one, only problem is its missing 2 of the variator sliders and only has 2 rollers but ill probably just order some what base weight should i be starting off with? having in mind wont be buildling this scooter for another month or so just gathering money and what parts i can for it in the mean time and gaining a lot of knowledge before hand haha
