yeah man despite having no idea how you plan on using the bike not the faintest idea what other parts it's got other than the pipe i'd happily recommend a 70cc kit for your bike...... :eh:

Polini sport 70 mate! As a first 70kit it will serve you well as their strong and easy to setup! And the malossi iron kit I got now aint too bad either.

For a first kit a Malossi or Polini (Iron), but if you really want power you should get a Mhr Rep with a Yasuni C16 City and the obvious 21mm Carb

i know but they just dont cut it considering the effort you have to do to fit and setup a 70 kit correctly. my 50 was almost as fast as your 70

If your 50 was nearly as fast as his polini sport then his bike is fucked i run a polini sport and no 50cc gets anywhere near it and even my old air cooled dr70 with a leovinci tt (probably the tamest setup going) smoked piped 50cc's.

I think though if the board admin got a quid for every time this topic got covered they'd be millionaires

My bike had a brand new malossi 70kit thank you very much, was running quite well too but his bike is quick, plus being liquid cooled and we had just serviced his bike with new rollers and a fresh plug.

your bike is not setup correctly if a 50 beat you/can even keep up with you....

i think its because his zip 70 is aircooled, and liquid cooled engines are faster.

nonsence... my 70 was ac and NO 50 would come close (even wiht a stock case/stock gears, just an iron 70 kit and a pipe/variator)

    just no...

ac are just as fast as wc.. its once they heat up/are used for a while the advantages of wc come into play. an ac 70 should piss on a wc 50 all day long, no matter what parts he has (unless of course he has a decent pipe and your running some shitty exhaust and REALLY badly setup engine)

    no... just no LOL

lmao! We said his bike is almost as fast, not faster! My bike wasent running PERFECT but was well, its a little slow off the line because I have standard clutch springs. but yeh, was fine full throttle.

But on the A3 on the way home I was full throttle for a few seconds, looked behind and had to let off and let zip50sp catch up.. full throttle again few seconds, 100 feet ahead.

Im just saying his bike is quick for a 50, and will keep with a iron kitted 70 but obviously not quite as fast. How much power do you expect an iron kit to give? Specially with a zx pipe, standard carb.
I admit my bike aint THAT fast for a 70.. Does about 60 flat out but its not too racey and its dead reliable just as reliable as a 50. Atleast I dont brag like most people and say their 70 does 70mph when it dont.
