70 kit- Difference Between Piaggio NRG, A/C and L/C

Ok, so basically, my Piaggio nrg 50 2006 model is air cooled and standard, apart from a exhaust i suppose. A friend of mine has a Piaggio NRG 50 Liguid cooled with a 70 kit fitted, a few various part, double air filter, etc, etc. If i got a 70 kit fitted and roughly the same parts as my mates bike, would the speed be roughly the same? It's just the air cooled and liquid cooled versions make me think is there any difference in speed. Liquid cooled made faster than air cooled when manufactured...

they will do around the same speed there wont be noticable diffrences but if you buy better parts than him and tune it better, then yours will be faster.
