my oil belt on my typhoon recently snapped causing my crank and kit to cease. i was just thinking if I can put in a 125 engine. i am aware that i would need a new cdi, ignition coil and wiring loom. i dont really want to pay out 200 pound on a little 70

well your gonna need alot more than 200 to do it anywhere near safely and 8/10 conversions are normally un motable because of the fact that most people just bang the engine and wiring loom etc. in and then think its okay when really theres more to it than that...well to do it safely anyways and so that it would actually ride properly and not vibrate like hell or be light on one side

so if i buy an engine, the 125 mount, cdi, ignition coil and voltage regulator you rekon it would fit in no bother? i heard you have to gring the engine mount? i have the whole winter to do it, so i will take my time :)

all i had to do on the engine mount was grind either side down by about 1cm either side does not effect it in strenght wise as it only needs doin on the part that connects to the frame check my posts for more details took me 2 weeks n iwould not change it
