Basically I have a Gilera Runner Purejet Injection 4 stroke engine that is wrecked.. I want to know if i can put a 2 stroke Gilera Runner engine (which isn't the Purejet model) inside my Gilera Runner Purejet? Will it be a complicated or expensive process? Is it possible? Thanks

i didnt know they did a 4t purejet runner?

if it was a 2t what youd need is a full loom off a carbed runner a pertrol tank from a carbed bike and obv carb/filter ect

if its a 4t then i guess a new engine aswell as that lot

I have never seen a 4T runner, let alone a purejet one. You sure it's 4T?

Thanks for your replies.. I found out today that it is actually a 2stroke, there's so many lubes I thought it was a 4 stroke.. will it be easy to convert an injection engine to a normal carbed engine?

just bought it mate, and the engine looks quite complex in comparison to your normal 2stroke 50cc's

purejets were crap and always break but they do run realy nice.
its possible to put a normal engine in you will need the engine inc carb exhaust etc also you will need a wireing loom and the cdi and reg/rec.
but if it was me id buy the 70cc tuned engine that terro has for sale and go from there (its a mhr rep ported like a evo2 so itll be a bit more useable then the evo2).
