right... got my phone from 3 about 5 months ago...4 months later the volume button broke... no biggie i sent it of for repairs and sweet as they coudnt repair it so they sent me a brand new phone jolly as fuck i get home and then it fucks up.. people cant hear me but i cna hear them... im thinking ay wtf so i rung up 3 told them sum guy says the network is down in my area give it a few days.. fair enoguh few days later still fucked up.... but ive discovered if i plug my hands free kit into it it works.... so u know i stick up with it for a week then decide enough im sending it of again... give it to 3... they send it of... takes about a fuckin week.... get it back aparently nothing is wrong with my phone.... its fine... works perfect.. fair enough i test it in the store.. and :wtf: it works.... tommo was even with me when i collected it... we go home and :msn1: it fucks up again.. no one can hear.. and an extra the video recorder doesnt recored sound.... :w00t: i go back to the store fuckin mad this time.... they send it of again... the store guy says they will probs give u another new phone.... get a phone call this morning sum rude bitch sayin (hi got your phone back today and the tests show your phone is water damaged..) im like yeh... and... she says (yeh and we cant replace it cause u are not covered under water damaged....) fuckin bull shit!!! i got the phone like that!!! no fuckin water damage!! and the first time i sent it of they coudnt find jack shit wrong with it!!! no it involes me gettin another new phone its now got fuckin water damage!!!! :rtfm: shes like only thing i can do is buy a brand new pay as u go phone from them im like why the fuck would i wana do that!! sp ove been on the phone for the last 45 mins trying to sort this shit out!! and finaly a decent guy that helps me says he will get back to me in 24 hours saying if i can get a new phone or my phone repared!! :rtfm: pure 100% bullshit!!!!
Out of all the ones i've been with, 3 has been the best, and i don't think it's there fault if the phones fucked after all 3 don't actually make them do they? mines a nokia 6288 but it has the 3 logo on it.... by the sounds of it 3 have done nothing wrong really :wtf: what phone is it?
3 have been the best for me too :msn1: I broke my phone (pay as you go) went into the store to get them to send it off, the people in the store were a great help and showed me somewhere which will do it cheaper than 3 :w00t: And on pay as you go, you get paid for reciving calls and texts I get around £10 extra a week when i top up because of this!!!!! too bad ant, they probably are ripping you off as your a gay ice skater
my dads pays £15 a month with a phone and £140 credit a month (for calls or texts - downloads) because hes been loyal... you can knock them down quite a bit aswel so there quite good.

yeh they was proper gd at the start... now gone shit!! they said i could have another phone for £50... fair doos... but its refurbished and sum shitty phone... so ive gone on ebay and spent £75 on a brand spankers one....
ive been with 3 for since they started, and ive never had any problems at all, ive only ever had one phone break and they replaced it straight away.
