you will either have to drill a hole in carb for a nipple for the hose to go onto or get a t connecter and join the vacum tube into the vacum tube comin out of the cases under the reed block

you could use one of the brass nipples off a standard carb if you have one but personally i would just get a t piece its easier and does the same job

difference between the carb vacum and the pum p vacum is its relativity to the reedblock. the pump needs a suck and blow (gets positive and negative pressure from the engine) the carb simply sucks as the reeds halt any pushing action.. this isnt a problem untill you look at how fragile a diaphram inside a tap is. it will soon break down if fitted this way unless you fit a one way valve (again readily avalable from anywhere that stocks the t peice usually)

but ye, find a stock carb, pull a vac fitting out of it wiht a pair of plires (they do just pull out wiht a wiggle) drill a hole in your new one slightly smaller than the fitting and hammer it in.. done.

if you really wanted to you could get a metal t piece and cut one bit of it and use that for a nipple

no.. connect the vac from thne tap AND the vac from the pump to the t peice then use a small peice of pipe to the vac fitting under the carb...

if you get another fitting you dont need the t connector

You know what the admin team should do (minor, lolz).
You should research all the most recently asked questions, and acutally do locked topics about them, and discuss how you do it etc, that will stop 3 things.

    1) Multiple threads like this.
    2) you moaning about the multiple threads.
    3) them moaning at you about you moaning.

As I said it wont work. How often do you see someone making a new topic about something that's been posted about 3 topics below? All the fucking time.

The most asked questions are endless. Everyone thinks their question is some how slightly different. Even if it's covered in a guide already. E.g. all the topics on jetting that could be sorted by people reading minors guide to carbs and jetting.

Even the mod I put that gave you 10 topics just like the one you were making every time someone puts up a new topic. Didn't stop anything.

Anyway like I said... Working on something.
