hello basically today i took my bike to a bike shop to get my 21mm fitted and anyways we fitted on everything and then came to the throttle we put it in and it was too long for it so a little bit was sticking out and throttle wouldnt work. soo im thinking do they have shorter throttle cables for it
ok, so you took your bike to have work done, and the shop cant even figure out a simple cable? tell em "not to worry, oh il have my money back too cheers" then sort it yourself.
you think its that easy lol buy a short cable and do it ur self very helpfull i dont know where to buy it never seen throttle cables in different sizes i dont know wat size is mine and i cant take it out and measure it coz i might fuck it up.
bike shop on kenton high strett sell a kit you thread it trough an cut it to size your self around £10 i think
Well if you that scared leave the bike as it is and sell it .... and get a 125 ... save your money and time lol
i didnt say i was scared lol i said you make it sound easy if i knew how to buy a shorter throttle cable i obviously wouldnt post this thread but thanks to connor he made it easier for me didnt the yamaha in kenton close ages ago or is this different shop
we can go one day but im thinking i sel that privately man coz wen i sell the bike the price wont raise coz of a 21mm lol it will drop
just whack a adjuster on it done it loads of times realy basic if a shop wont do it i wouldnt take it there to have work done as they obviously dont know what there doing
