Hi, I have a 2019 Piaggio Liberty which hasn't been used for a number of months - haven't been commuting to work! Anyway the battery is now all but dead. The dial will light up, but nothing when you try to start it. Is there a charger I can buy that will charge from this state, or will I need to buy a new battery? I understand that chargers may not detect the battery is the charge is below 0.8 or 0.6 amps? Thank you in advance for your advice.
