Hi, I wonder if some guys on here with Typhoons or similar engine scooters can help me on here please.

We have an issue where the bike randomly cuts out. Started bike up, but it took 30-40 seconds of holding the button and revving it once it made noises that it wanted to start. Rode it fine for 5-6 mins. but then on the 50mph road it began to slow down from 40-30-20-10-0 where it wouldn’t start back up. Tried to and eventually it started and ran fine for 20 mins at tops 20 mph. Then rode it for 10 mins fine and slowed just before a round about from 30-0 halfway around.

We don't know much about the bike and what carb it has or what modifications. Any idea what best to check?

Changed carb to engine manifold (it had cracks), new battery, fuel filter/regulator, cleaned the carb, new ignition coil and lead.

    Thanks in advance!

Well, we had it taken to 2 garages and spent over £700 and the bike is still cuts out. It seems to work for a bit and then starts to cut out again. Once warm and cut out, it does not want to start. Any help would be much appreciated )
