2013 Piaggio Typhoon paint

I've just bought one of these with the special forces paint job.
It needs a few scrapes sorting and although I've not checked the paint code I believe it is Titania grey??
My question is does the paint come as matt or do you use a matt laquer to get the overall matt look?

 

looks like its a matt titania gray so yeah i would expect to be a matt.

if going with a clear coat you would get a matt clearcoat

 

Satin

 

Ah right I did wonder as I have done some normal paint with laquer/clearcoat but never matt and during research discovered you can get matt or satin as well. It has got a sheen to it so satin would be the way to go.
It was all so simple in the old days when you just bought paint and didn't have to worry about top coats lol
In sept I bought 10 large black aerosols at a steam rally but it was the older paint you can no longer buy and they are great.
