2012 Honda Click/Vario vibration issue

2012 Honda Click/Vario (Same bike, different countries) 125cc. 25k km.

The bike has a persistent vibration issue that I can only describe as oscillating. On take off from a stop there’s a little vibration, but I feel this is normal because I’ve ridden brand new ones that did the same thing. Once I get up to speed, there’s a slight vibration in the whole bike that sort of oscillates, even if I maintain my speed. If this was a car I would guess engine mounts, not sure if it’s applicable here. New belt, rear drive bearing, and CVT disassembly/cleaning within the last 1000km. Any ideas?

 

Could be the wheel bearings or tyres, had similar on a chinese bike, came down to the front tyre in the end
