2006 gilera runner sp 50 problems

    Right my Leo Vince TT exhaust is fitted and it makes the bike alot faster acceleration and top end, only problem now is that around 10 up to 25 mph the bike splutters/pops under full throttle however if i use around half throttle the bike will be fine and at 30mph i can use full throttle no problem.

    Haven't upjetted bike yet as i got the wrong jets so am waiting for the right ones to arrive, could this be my problem? Checked the spark plug and its a chocolate colour however slightly light brown where the tip goes onto the thread (if you understand that)

    also before i changed the rollers i noticed it didnt pop/splutter when accelerating but now it does

    Should have searched and not posted up a topic really?

    Seems you already found the answer. Keep searching and you will also find you should have upjetted and don't even think about fitting an air filter.

    Totally pointless on a 50cc. Will cause so many problems so hard to setup yourself. You'll be using like a 100+ jet and get no gains will bog all the time and be pointless.
