Right then, I bought myself a Yamaha aerox on a 05 plate, it was de restricted when I bought it and had a tec exhaust on it so I swapped it for a leo vince tt exhaust and upgraded the rollers to the standard ones that came with it. I'm getting around 45 - 50mph out of it at the moment is there anyway without fitting a 70cc kit I could possible get it to do 60mph?

If so could you please explain how and what parts etc

    thanks Joe :)

A gear up kit will work wonders if it's got the power to pull it.

Get about 3.5 gram malossi rollers as they work wonders, and get uprated Polini Clutch springs if you dont wont to burn too much money on an uprated clutch.

what are you guy talking about a standard engine is not going to pull a gear up kit and what would the point be in getting a 21mm carb?? oh and why change rollers the ones that came with the exhaust came with it for a reason

    That is some terrible advice.

Hell pretty much everything in this topic is.

If it is correctly jetted and has the right weight rollers (which probably aren't the ones that come with the TT as they never are) then that's all the speed you are going to get. You can't magically get more speed without adding more power.

You bike should already have uprated clutch springs as you have a performance exhaust fitted.

45-50mph is spot on for what you have and without a 70cc kit you wont be going any quicker.
