Hi, I have recently purchased a 2005 Jog R, The chap who i bought it off has told me it has:

    70cc conversion make unkown
    new rollers unknown
    17.5mm carb from a Aerox
    Adjustable clutch
    Power air filter
    Stage 6 Street exhaust
current jet unknown but supplied with 95,98,100 as spare, so poss a 96 in place
The bike currently pulls approx 55mph

However firstly the chap deristrcted the exhaust so at the moment it sounds like a pap pap and is rather loud, so i was wonder can anyone recommend a good replacement thats not gonna be loud but still give me the performance without drawing to much attention. also, you have to rev it high before the clutch engages on the bell housing, i have had a look without taking it off and it looks like a white spring in there, am i right in thinking that the adjustable clutch is possably set too hard? which would be why i have to rev hard, if i asjust it to soft would this bring the take off revs lower and solve the prob as in traffic it can be difficult. And finally when coming to a stop there is a delay with the revs dropping down to tickover approx 5/10 sec, is this due to the wrong jet or mixture set incorrectly, obviously when i purchase the exhaust next week im gonna get the correct jet, but of the 2 screws on the carb accessed from the footplate as one is in the centre and the other to the right as you look at it which is which? i think the centre is tickover and to the right is the mixture?

If anyone can help I would be most grateful.
