Hi, I'm new to the forum.

I have bought a 2004 Suzuki AY50 Kantana-R LC Fuel Injection in the last few weeks. It has a Technigas RS2 full exhaust fitted, everything else as far as I know is stock. I want to know what mods I should do to get more performance from it.

My list so far consists of:

    Polini Roller/Variator full kit £50

Is there anything else I should be made aware of?

    Thanks Jack.

    alot of shit
forget watever you'v been told or read.

the only thing that will give you real gains in performance is a big bore kit.

go for a polini one, nice reliable cylinders and will keep you happy for a while :)

2004 Suzuki AY50 Kantana-R LC Fuel Injection HELP!!

Thanks for the help. Also I want to buy a new CDI/ECU unit as my current one is the stock Suzuki CDI unit which is restricted. Apparently Suzuki don't de-restrict them anymore so where can I buy an unlimited CDI unit that will fit?

dont get an unlimited CDI if you dont even have a big bore and a proper exhaust because technigas exhausts are sh*t. You should get a gianelli or leovince pipe. after that you should get a malossi 70cc kit which costs around £130. and then after you get those two you should think about getting a performance variator. the only thing is that its fuel injected so your gonna have trouble finding parts.. good luck :good:

if its a fuel injection model, firstly check theres a 70 kit available for it, its not cheap tuning fuel injection 50's as any major mods require the e.c.u to be reprogrammed :glare:

there are 70 kits available for some injection models that come with a new reprogrammed ecu,
but to be honest m8 you are so much better off tuning a carbed model ;)
