Here is a 2003 piaggio typhoon 125 that i bought from a guy for £400 it only had 5000 miles on the clock and it was in overall good nick. the paint work is a 2 tone pearlessent color that im not over keen on but it will do untill i get them sprated gloss black. the bike now has a 172 kit on it but pictures were taken the day i bought it so let me know if you think i got a bargain. it also had a full datatoll alarm and imobilser system on it (BONUS) lol.

Do not even think about spraying over those panels. Get new ones or something just whatever you do don't paint them or the inners or recover the seat!!!

    Insanely rare lovely panels.

Yeah , looks a nice clean one too , i'd have the airbox back on that though. deffo wouldn't change anything bodywork wise. Like terro said get a spare set of pannels if anything.

Was this the one on eBay? Looks like the exact same scoot and for what you got it for is an absolute bargain! As above wouldn't change the panels they look mint! Wish there was more bargains like this about. :)

Yes it was on eBay mate. I listed it last week for £900 but in the end I decided to remove the bike and keep it and put a 172 kit on it. I'm so glad I did now as I'm more than happy with the bike now I've fitted the kit.

Ah it was you who listed it, was going to say if you got it for £400 down from the original £900 then they're crazy! :D Would definitely say not to touch those panels though, way too good to be painted!

It's definitely a good investment mate, I know you've got to get a hold of some more pans but it'll be worth it in the long run. :good: Any future plans for it ?
