Hey all, just picked up an SR 50 Ditech - straight away I know, no carburettor. Dire! I was bored and wanted something and this was all that was about at the time, needs MOT soon and doesn't seem like it'll need a great deal apart from the fact that the previous owner has snapped pretty much every pissing lug on the panels. It's not all that bad. Starts on the button, every time and pulls really well was quite surprised. Just wondering, are they really that bad? I know people have had problems with them but I was wondering if they go wrong that much? I know they're shite to tune but it's just something to run about on for a month or so. Thoughts & opinions are grateful as always! :good:
Yeah haha, needed something and it's a 2003 seemed all good to be honest. Just all panels lugs have been damaged and the exhaust has been painted in some stupid paint.
They are good bikes? Ditechs are very clever good engines as stock and de-restricted it just gets pointless after that.
