The issue: My scooter bogs out and has a horrible flat spot between slghtly open throttle and fully open. Things I've done: I have tried both the original (clean) air filter and an aftermarket cone filter, happens with both. I have recently renewed the exhaust baffle (to get through MOT). Fresh fuel and oil checked. Question: Does anyone have an ideas what could be causing the issue?
