Right basically in the garden ive got a little runner 70 i used to bum about on for a few weeks before i was legal on the dt, anyway im thinking of selling it but i frgot to pick up the mot certificate when i bought it, so, is it possible i can just go down to my local mot test center and they can print me off another one? Also never recieved the logbook so im assuming the guy never sent it off...Can i just ring up the dvla and get a new one sent out to me?

log book will have to be applied for along wih 25 quid in postal orders and mot certificate can be replaced but only at the garage the original mot was done at.

    edit:
there might be a small charge for that certificate replacement

from what i understood before you needed the v62 form and either the v5c to get a free logbook, or you needed to pay £21 with the v62.

ive been told recently you can send a letter to the dvla saying the vehicle details and the new keeper and theyll transfer it without you having to pay £21? not sure if this is true or not

mot certs havent got a clue lol

Took 3 weeks for mine to appear. You can download the forms from the DVLA website - saves waiting for them to post them to you. Get on their website and print it off, fill it in and post it to them.

I had the logbook when I got mine (even tho the bike was pretty much screwed & seized up) but the last owner didn't sign the logbook. I just filled in the little green slip and one of those V5c forms.

    Easy.

(Haha! Just had some post just now and our postman looks like a proper smackhead! Probably explains why I haven't had any for the last 3 days...) :w00t: :w00t: hope he's nicked my junk mail!
