probably.. but i wouldnt think it would do alot.. just throw a shed loads more fuel into it.. id rather go for a 17.5 if u havent already got 1.. 19mm imo is 70kit territory ben.
it works well with a pipe but obviously 70cc is better, but its still good thing to remember though, your bottom end is gonna have MUCH more torque, meaning your gonna have slipping belts and clutches if you dont change those as well, so stiffer on springs, and lighter on the rollers and you should be laughing also remember to alter the jetting, as your sucking in more air through a larger venturi, but with the same amount of fuel good luck
