Agree with bashy, 98 to 100 is about right on the stock 20.5 carb. But you'll get more fun out the 28mm. Less fuel..........but more fun.
My sons runs a 183 kit with 25mm delly and 102 jet no filter, runs perfectl The only real problem is trying to get any wear on the front tyre lol!
Just spent the weekend rebuilding a 50 zip with 172 cc engine in it, oh joy! Anyway all done inc rewire ,same again delly 25mm carb with 102 main no filter and pm pipe, runs mint.!! This one has a malossi mhr crank and we are using an NGF KIT which ive had to fettle, ports were rough but tidied up ok and the only other problem is you must check threads , exhaust and spark plug, the threads are cut but are not perfect so just run a tap down them to clean them up. Not a bad kit just need a little work, easy enough to put right and very good price.
idle to 1/4 throttle will be idle mix/needle. i belive there fixed idle mix so gonna have to lifft the needle. 90 jet MAX
