hiya can anyone help me out please, my bike i built last week ( 172 , 25mm carb running 102jet , pm crank , 12.5 rollers ) started sweet after a few kicks then i left it for a few days and now it wont start it just keeps backfiring when i try kick it over a few times could it maybe be a dodgy cdi ? as the cdi it started on the 1st time i gave back to a mate n got a 2nd hand cdi ??
got a manual choke? if u got an open filter id put a 110 main jet n work down to be on the safe side, could be the cdi if it was working before, borrow it bk of ur mate n try it lol, as for it back firing, in my experiance thats been becose the rings were on the way out. is it a new 172?
