i understand the basics, but just wanna see some pics and read about it.

where to get the haynes manual from.

is it just the 4 10mm on top of the head, then remove the barrel, then undo the clips and take the piston off?

is it ok to just put the 172 kit on, or do i have to change the rollers?

if so do i have to change them lighter or heavier?

i just changed the main jetting when i 1st fitted mine.. the big bore will munch up the standered variator and just over rev without any more top end.. get a polini or malossi variator to cure that in the future thou

not quite... stock jetting is fine if you dont put a filter on, and the stock var is fine for the kit... accell is slightly better with the malossi/polini variator but it still runs fine with stock rollers/var/jetting (can upjet slightly but they usually dont need it)

    cheers thanks for that,

i was thinking to keep it standard (jets/var/rollers) until the 172 was run in.
then chnage the var/rollers for suitable 1'z. (any suggestion)

but if i was to but a filter on instead of the standard filter, do i up to jet to 90-92???

stock rollers/gears are fine for a stock engine or one wiht just a 172 usually.. filter is around the 90-92 mark like you said, rollers are only really affected by a pipe on the 125 engines.. pritty broad with what they will run

whats the standard weight of the rollers on a runner engine? 125 sp?

also when fitting the 172 do i just put the head of my standard 125 and use that? as in the kit it say'z something about machining it 1mm bigger.
